We specialize in all-sports training specially designed for young athletes and focused on the fundamentals of balance, speed, agility, strength, and conditioning. We foster long-term relationships from first grade through college and provide the coaching and the tools for maximizing your performance on the field, the court, in school, and in life.

AIM 52

YOUTH, AGES 7-10

Aim 52 is a once-a-week group program that teaches fundamentals that are applicable to all sports and are crucial in youth athletic development. By focusing on techniques such as arm action, knee drive, body angle, and foot positioning, we set the groundwork for our young athletes to pick up more advanced techniques as they progress, avoid injuries throughout their lives and build self-confidence.

AIM 365

middle school & high school, ages 11-18

Aim 365 meets four days per week in an ever-evolving format that challenges our middle and high schoolers as they advance through the most crucial years for young athletes. We continue to build on the fundamentals with increased concentration on acceleration, change of direction, explosiveness, balance, and advanced coordination. By strategically adding more strength exercises and different styles of resistance based on the latest science and equipment, we can help any athlete stand out in their sport and continually take their performance to the next level. 

Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 4:30 - 5:45 PM

Sunday, 10:15 - 11:15 AM (In-Season Athletes)
