Our Mission
Our mission is to inspire everyone we encounter through our principles of connection, coaching, and programming. We aim to successfully communicate to create strong bonds and inspire; provide leadership through strategic cueing and motivation; and use science-based, intentional methods to create consistent routines and results.
Our vision is to impact a million people before we are through, at our field house, in the Maine community, and around the world.

Derek is a steady force at Aim. He attributes his values of love, selflessness, hard work, dedication, and consistency to the game of football. These principles continue to be the foundation of his home life and what he strives to pass along to each and every member of the Aim family.
In addition to his athletic successes and fitness training expertise, Derek previously worked in the Neurobehavioral Unit at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland where he worked with youth living on the autism spectrum. These combined experiences allow him to communicate empathetically with individuals while motivating them within larger groups and toward greater goals.
