Our aim is to create life-changing, sustainable physical and mental results for adults through fun, fast-paced workouts. We believe that anyone and everyone can move and feel like an athlete with proper technique, the right education and coaching, and a community environment that welcomes and encourages people of all abilities.

Group Training

 

Our results-driven Group Training program works because it is based on science, not fitness trends. Plyometric, strength, core, abdominal and cardiovascular training, and expert coaching combine for exhilarating, ever-changing group workouts. It’s created a judgment-free family environment where peers at all levels of fitness and skill encourage each other to move toward the best shape of their lives. 

3 scheduled classes per week:

Monday & Wednesday, 6 - 7 PM;

Friday, 4:45 - 5:45 PM

By popular demand; reserved for groups of 3 to 5 people. Our semi-private personal training sessions combine the camaraderie of our Group Training classes with the individualized attention of our Private Personal Training program. Fun, unique, and results-driven.

The in-depth instruction of our Private Personal Training program allows us to focus on your individual goals through tailor-made workouts and a 1:1 or 2:1 coach-to-student ratio.
