Group Training


Our results-driven Group Training program works because it is based on science, not fitness trends. Plyometric, strength, core, abdominal and cardiovascular training, and expert coaching combine for exhilarating, ever-changing group workouts. It’s created a judgment-free family environment where peers at all levels of fitness and skill encourage each other to move toward the best shape of their lives.

Monday & Wednesday, 6 - 7 PM;

By popular demand; reserved for groups of 3 to 5 people. Our semi-private personal training sessions combine the camaraderie of our Group Training classes with the individualized attention of our Private Personal Training program. Fun, unique, and results-driven.
