Program Description
Our results-driven Group Training program works because it is based on science, not fitness trends. Plyometric, strength, core, abdominal and cardiovascular training and expert coaching combine for exhilarating, ever-changing group workouts. It’s created a judgment-free family environment where peers at all levels of fitness skill encourage each other to move toward the best shape of their lives. 5 scheduled classes per week: Monday & Wednesday, 6 - 7 PM Friday, 4:45 - 5:45 PM Tuesday & Friday 5AM-6AM Payment options: 12 Month Plan: $199 Monthly EFT* 6 Month Plan: $250 Monthly EFT* 3 Month Plan: $300 Monthly EFT* *Monthly EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) is automatically deducted from a debit/credit card or checking/savings account on the first day of every month until a 30-day notice is given to cancel. Minimum 3 months of payments from sign-up.
