AIM Academy 501(c)(3)
AIM Academy was created because I believe every kid deserves an opportunity. As a teacher, coach, and former professional athlete, I've seen firsthand how much a coach, mentor, or positive environment can impact a young person's life.
Sports opened doors for me that I never imagined, and AIM Academy was built to help create those same opportunities for the next generation. Our mission is simple: use sports to help kids become better athletes, better leaders, and better people. Through youth sports programs, training opportunities, mentorship, leadership development, and community partnerships, AIM Academy works to provide experiences that help young people grow both on and off the field.
While athletics are a big part of what we do, our focus goes beyond sports. We want kids to learn confidence, accountability, discipline, resilience, and how to be great teammates. Those are the things that last long after the final whistle. We believe every child should have access to positive role models, quality coaching, and opportunities to succeed regardless of their background or financial situation. At the end of the day, AIM Academy isn't really about creating great athletes. It's about helping young people realize what's possible for themselves and giving them the support, guidance, and opportunities to get there.

A message from TC:
"I've always believed that sports are one of the greatest teachers in life. The lessons I've learned as an athlete, coach, teacher, husband, and father all come back to the same things: hard work, accountability, resilience, and surrounding yourself with good people. If AIM Academy can help one kid find confidence, discover their potential, or create an opportunity they otherwise wouldn't have had, then we're doing exactly what we set out to do."
